Approval Manager is our new online program that has very few tasks for users to do. Simply put, its entire purpose is
to let users see and put comments to their proofs online.
NOTE: If you do not currently have an Approval Manager account set up with us, please contact your CSR and
we will send you an email that will have all of your login informaton.
Just simply click on this link to get to our new Proof Approval website: http://proof.coopprint.com/Portal.

To log in you will only need the following:
- Your full email address:
- Your Password:
If you have forgotten either of these things, or need for us to set up an account for you, then please contact your CSR at 612-721-5731. |
Email Notifications: (top)
When a proof is ready for you to see, an email from Approval Manager will be sent. In addition, a reminder email will also be
sent to you once a day until the proof is viewed.
Here are 2 examples of what the email will look like:

The links in the email will take you right to the proofs.
Viewing your Proof: (top)
Below is an example of what you will see after logging into Approval Manager.
To view your proof

- Find the double arrows in the yellow grid on the far left hand side and click on them
- Click on the PDF icon that appears
- Click on the "View" link in the small dialog box that opens
- Download the file to your computer and open in Adobe Reader or Acrobat Professional

The next step is to tell us if the files is approved or needs changes.

Here are your 4 options.
- Approve.
- Approve with changes.
- Reject.
- Comment.
Comments can be entered into the online text box that will show up when you click on the link of your choice.
Comments entered using this method work best if there is very little information to exchange.

Making Comments on the Proof: (top)
This is the best method to use if there are multiple issues that you would like to bring to our attention.

To comment on your proof
- Open your proof in Adobe Reader or Acrobat Professional.
- Find the commenting toolbar. If it isn't visible go to Tools -> Comment and Markup.
- Enter your comments anywhere on the proof.
- Save and rename the proof to your computer.
- Reload it into Approval Manager by using the "Browse" button in option #3 (please refer to the screen shot on the left.
When the dialog box opens, navigate to its saved location on your computer and click "OK"
You will only need to do this if you have made any changes or added comments to your proof.
