Here are some helpful hints

  • Please include a PDF of document to proof from if hard copy is not sent.
  • Please do not include nonstandard characters in file names.
  • Characters such as "/", "@", "%", " ' ", are some examples of nonstandard characters
  • There should also be no spaces in the beginning of the name.
  • If you need to send multiple files, please place in folder and compress or contact us for direct access to our ftp site.

When page changes, your file will have been successfully sent. File size is limited to 750MB.

Please contact customer service to tell us the name of the file you have uploaded.
